The environment around us and the food we eat is getting polluted and contaminated day by day. As a result more and more people are falling ill and more and more people are getting cancer. Human tendency is more responsive than proactive and hence we hardly change till something hits us, which sometimes can be very deadly as by then it's too late to make a change. So why don’t we take some steps now?

  1. Eat holy basil leaf (Tulsi) daily. At least 1, the more the better.
  2. Eat 1 teaspoon pure ghee. Made at home is the best, provided that the process used is the traditional one.
  3. Drink glass of lukewarm water after meals. Note - Don't mix normal water in the water that you heated.
  4. Minimum 20 days exercise every month for half an hour at least. Yoga, gym, cycling, and so on. Try Suryanamaskar and Pranayam for 1 month then you can decide for yourself to continue or discontinue.

  6. 1 glass of milk daily. It should not be adulterated. And if you have acidity then have a cold one at night.
  7. Eat 1-2 fruits daily, eat on time and sleep on time.
  8. Last but not the least keep yourself mentally healthy. Don’t have any resentments or jealousy. Instead, think good for everyone.
