


Depression (depressive disorder)
According to World Health Organization (WHO), depression is most common illness worldwide and leading cause of disability. They estimate that 350 million people are affected by depression, globally (Mental Health Depression) Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest. Also called major depressive disorder or clinical depression, it affects how you feel, think and behave and can lead to a variety of problems. You may have trouble doing normal day-to-day activities, and sometimes you may feel if life isn't worth living.
How to overcome feeling of depression?
1) To look for support from people who make you feel safe and cared for.
2) To make yourself busy around productive activities, so that you may not be having time of thinking on that stuff, cause overthinking will make your depression worse
3) To be around happy environment and be with people who makes you feel good, that will help you to forget about things for a while and try as much as possible to not think about it. And spend more time with family and friends, go out with them.
4) It will be much better if you don't think about depressive feelings and thoughts going in your mind and keep yourself busy with your life eg: taking care for your pets or young siblings it will help you to lighten your mood.
