Morning first thing upon waking i drink black coffee empty stomach
Then I do 30 min fasted cardio
After cardio.
Meal 1:- 8 egg whites with 1 medium apple 🍎
Meal 2:- 1scoop protein chia seeds and half banana
Meal 3 is also my pre-workout meal :- sweet potato 200g with 75g paneer and broccoli 200g
After workout 1.5 scoop protein
Meal 5 chicken 250g and egg whites 2 with rajma 50g and brown rice 100g
Meal 6 milk 200ml with 1 scoop protein and 10 almonds with 1scoop peanuts butter
And also I take multivitamin and fish oil capsule
My water in take is 6l a day
