


Old age is a great time to sit back and enjoy your life. You are much wiser, people's opinions do not easily fluster you, you are much more comfortable in your own skin, your kids have left home, and you have the freedom to do all the things you want to do. Enjoying your life is a significant contributor to healthy aging. Try walking, swimming or other activities you enjoy. Regular moderate physical activity can help you maintain a healthy weight and lower your heart disease risk. Eat a healthy diet. Choose vegetables, fruits, whole grains, high fiber foods and lean sources of protein, such as fish. Older people normally split into two groups as they grow old, much happier, and much unhappier. Those who are financially stable may be able to develop happiness, but those who are struggling with finance at old age may find themselves unhappy. Various things need to be followed at old age for happiness. When you turn 65,life's a lot different than when you were younger. Your finances are too. If you purchased life insurance to protect your growing family's finances, you may be thinking there's no longer a need for your life insurance at this age. In old age people get many taughts of health issues of families, n many other things but we should be strong enough to be with them spend time with them make them happy n proud. Tell them to take care of their health take medicines on time eat healthy do excersise regularly and be happy in life. The way of happiness is living in a good senerio and stay fit and fine. We came alone in this world and we will go alone. So we should be prepare for each and every situation. Make your grandparents happy and take care of them.
