" Healing of Yoga "
Hansaji Jayadeva Yogendra was , Born in 1947, Hansaji married Dr. Jayadeva Yogendra, the founder’s son, whom she met at the Institute. Her presence brought important changes, including the expansion of the ladies wing. She also published several books on yoga for women.
Also serving as the president of the International Board of Yoga, she continues her life’s work of bringing yoga into the lives of as many people as possible, no matter their gender, age, creed, ability, race, or social status.
One of them was my best friend who joined the institution...after 1month of joining we met and just casually I asked him what are you doing now a days.., he said, nothing just learning Yoga...I was like "Kya yaar Yoga really " you don't get anything else t o learning....but he explained everything about it...but I being I , I ignored him after completing his learning and training ....again he called me and we met once again but at this time he said come and join me every day at morning for "Yoga" then I replied okay but in my mind I was like "if i will wake up then only it is possible ....lets see" but he was to stubborn he came home and took me ....this happen 3 days continue but on the 4th day I really feel that I'm feeling different ....i can't explain it.... But it was like the body is clean from inside and I really feel better and I said the same thing to him.... Now he has International certified and started a Yoga classes from the name "Vairagya"...
According to him , he feels good to teach and make others believe in yoga...
But, according to me as a teacher he did one of the best thing in my life ....
